NBHAP Guestmix - BombeeMiscellaneous musical influences might not be the worst thing for an artist to push the own musical boundaries. In the case of electronic pop band BOMBEE it seems that their influences range from one end of popular music to the other. With a lot of interesting stuff happening in-between. And while the own sound of the band from Chemnitz presents itself quite tender and reduced you can clearly spot some of their influences within their music. The band’s latest single Momo is a good example of that.

NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION is happy to have these guys on board for their very own NBHAP Guestmix. The result is a quite diversified 53-minute-long ride through BOMBEE‘s personal favourites. From tender GEORGE MICHAEL 80s bliss to the dirty raps of A$AP ROCKY From reduced electronica of MOUNT KIMBIE to the gentle folk of SUFJAN STEVENS. And even more fascinating about it – the mix really marks a constant flow where each and every piece has the exact right place to unfold its magic. A perfect combination of different influences – a bit like in the music of BOMBEE. Get to know them as their new EP Aurelia will arrive on October the 25th and we’ll also bring them to you on tour. In the meantime enjoy the band’s musical ride immediately here.
