British alternative / ambient gods BLUENECK unveiled a new song from their upcoming album, which will be released in 2014. The song is titled Sirens and features vocals again. Why to mention this? Because the band’s 2012 album, Epilogue, did not, while all of their other albums (like the 2011 released Repetitions) did. Definitely the right decision to use the breathtaking and touching voice by singer Duncan Attwood again. And so tonight got its own sound, hailing from North Somerset, UK, by the postrock veterans BLUENECK. If you like the sound of bands like MOGWAI, RADIOHEAD, EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY, SIGUR RÓS or THE WHITE BIRCH, then you will definitely deeply fall in love with Sirens. A night to listen to BLUENECK.
