Since popular folk group BON IVER is currently on hiatus, band leader Justin Vernon fount the time to work with his other project VOLCANO CHOIR again. The indie rock collective now announced Repave, their sophomore album. The follow-up to 2009s debut Unmap will be released internationally via Jagjaguwar on September the 2nd.
VOLCANO CHOIR is a collaboration between Vernon and postock group COLLECTION OF COLONIES OF BEAS from Wisconsin. The result is a haunting combination of both worlds, this is safe to say. Have a look on the record’s tracklist right here and watch a spectacular first album trailer below.
