Attention, all of fans of Alternative metal legends TOOL – there are tiny news bits on the highy anticipated new studio album from the band. In the past months we had various different news on the progress of the record. While drummer Danny Carey was quite confident a couple of months ago, singer Maynard James Keenan was later quoted that the band won’t release a new album in 2013.
That was the last updated we got – until now. After yesterday’s concert in Auckland, New Zealand, guitarist Adam Jones did a Q&A and told the audience that he still has hope for a release of the follow-up to 2006’s 10.000 Days within the next months. TOOL are working on it and will most likely release the longplay digitally, as Jones is quoted in a concert review. So, stay put since there is still hope.
