Fanclubwallet Makes Breezy, Dreamy Lo-Fi Pop On New Single “That I Won’t Do”

Reconnecting with the world outside our rooms is something that a lot of us have been going through over the last few months, which means that the new music from Fanclubwallet, aka Canadian musician Hannah Judge, is sure to find an audience out there that connects with it. Her latest work was written over 10 months stuck at home while recovering from an illness, and new single That I Won’t Do is more than enough to get you excited for it. A hazy, spacy song that rides the line between indie and scuffed-shoe, lo-fi pop music, it has an easy dreaminess that makes it music that floats around you, like you’re sitting in the centre of a cloud. Judge says: “I wrote “That I Won’t Do” I was recovering from a year long illness and re-entering into the socialising world (like so many others post pandemic). The song is about dealing with a new relationship/friendship where you aren’t sure whether the person is good for you or not, and you’re not feeling like yourself. It’s about trying to break bad habits while not wanting to break them at all“.
