Haze – ‘St John’

By now pretty much no one should complain about a lack of quality and attitude in British guitar music. And no, I’m not talking about The 1975 (again) right now. The indie rock scene is alive and kicking and bands like IDLES, Shame and Dream Wife are the noisy proof for that. Bristol-based Haze is another fine proof of this trend. They just released a new single via Hate Hate Hate Records (Previously also responsible for bands like Fat White Family and Whenyoung) and it’s a banging piece of garage indie. St. John is an on-point guitar smasher. 3 minutes, 17 seconds of rough attitude and it definitely got enough fire to keep Haze on our musical radar. Oh, and if you happen to love that sort of sound don’t hesitate to check our freshly launched Noise Attitude playlist ’cause it’s full of exactly that spirit.
